If you are not satisfied with your Thermaltake product, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Your legal right of cancellation remains unaffected. After receiving your return, the amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method that you used for the order.

Please note that a direct exchange is not possible.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

Please return the items in their original packaging and securely packed and sealed.

Complaints

If you discover a defect in your product within the statutory warranty period, please contact us using the complaint form. We will then forward your request to our service partner for you.
